We only collect information necessary to provide, support, and secure the Service:
• Account and Transaction Data: When you subscribe to our Product via Huawei Cloud, we receive relevant identity and order information from Huawei Cloud, including your account ID, contact information (such as phone number, email address, and billing/delivery address), order records, and transaction details.
• Audio and Processing Data: When using the speech synthesis service, we process audio files uploaded by you, speech content, associated technical metadata (e.g., sample rate, file format, duration), and any user-generated notes or text labels provided for voice synthesis.
• Technical and Usage Data: We automatically log technical operational logs, IP addresses, browser/device types, API call counts, response latency, and system error logs to maintain system performance, diagnose service issues, and prevent misuse.
• Customer Support Records: Communications, tickets, problem descriptions, and logs you provide when contacting our technical support team.
We process your data strictly for the following purposes:
• Service Delivery and Operation: Authenticating your license, rendering text-to-speech conversion, processing your uploaded audio data, and returning synthesized audio results.
• Technical Support and Maintenance: Providing debugging, system configuration, software updates, and resolving customer inquiries.
• Billing and Order Fulfillment: Verifying transactions, reconciling usage metrics with Huawei Cloud KooGallery, and managing renewals or refunds.

Note: We do not sell your personal data or uploaded audio content to third parties, nor do we use your proprietary speech files to train public models without your explicit consent.
• Storage Location: All customer data, logs, and uploaded files are processed and stored within the People’s Republic of China, using secure cloud infrastructure.
• Data Retention: We retain account and transaction records for the duration of your active subscription and as required by statutory accounting or tax laws. Uploaded audio files and synthesized outputs are temporarily cached only for the duration required to complete the synthesis and enable user downloads, after which they are systematically deleted in accordance with data lifecycle policies.
We will not share your personal information with external parties except under the following circumstances:
1. Platform Providers: Sharing necessary licensing and operational metrics with Huawei Cloud to complete transactions and adhere to KooGallery partner agreements.
2. Legal Compliance: Disclosing information to law enforcement, judicial authorities, or government regulators when mandatory under applicable statutory requirements.
3. Protection of Rights: When necessary to enforce our terms, investigate security violations, or defend against intellectual property infringement claims.
4. With Your Consent: When you have provided express prior authorization to share information with a designated party.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These controls include HTTPS/TLS transmission encryption, encrypted storage, role-based access restrictions, and regular security vulnerability assessments.
